Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts for 15 days. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

HOW SHOULD I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

 

To make a change or return, you always have to contact us for it to be authorized at contact@romyandchic.com. . We will ask the shipping company to pick up the item. When the product arrives at our facilities we will refund it to your credit card.

The products must be in perfect condition, with the label and the corresponding purchase receipt. Otherwise, Romy&Chic reserves the right to refuse the exchange or return.  

DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING WHEN MAKING AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

-In case of defects, manufacturing defects or any type of error has been made on our part, the transportation costs incurred are assumed by Romy&Chic even if you have benefited from our free shipping for purchases over 50 euros.

-For purchases over 50 euros, shipping in Mainland Spain is free. If you wish to return a product that is in perfect condition and there is no error on the part of Romy&Chic, the transport costs incurred for the return (in this case €6), will be discountedfrom the payment of the product.

-If you have not benefited from our free shipping due to having made a purchase of less than 50 euros, the costs They will be included in what you paid as a shipping feewhich will not be returned in the purchase amount that we refund to you.

Additional non-returnable products:
* Gift cards
*Some health and personal care products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed: (if applicable)
* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or is missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
* Any item that is returned more than 15 days after shipping.

Refunds (where applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.


Late or lost refunds (where applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next step, contact your bank. It often takes some time before your refund is posted.

Sale items (where applicable)
Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale products cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (where applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at contact@romyandchic.com and send the item to: C/ Raimundo Fernández Villaverde, 10. 3A. 28003 Madrid, MD, Spain.

Gifts


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by postal mail.

If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer to give to you later, we will send a refund to the buyer and they will know about your return.


Shipment


To return your product, you must send them to:

You will be responsible for paying the 6 euros shipping costs for returning the item even if the item was sent for free due to having taken advantage of the "free shipping for purchases over 50 euros" offer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.
